How and why did we get started?

We, a group of professionals, started this business in 2015 when we saw a need in the market for business support but more specifically, support that would cover all aspects of business.

Besides the usual Virtual Office Management Services, we decided to up the ante and to include a whole host of services generally not covered by a Virtual Office Manager, namely, legal, marketing, websites, the list is long…we have an amazing team of professionals! We wanted to be a one stop shop for any business.

Our motto of “making life less complicated” is the driving force behind all that we do. High Service levels our number one priority. We provide support in the running of your day to day business as well as perform a personal assistant role enabling you to focus on what matters.

How do we serve our clients

We believe in building solid, trusting relationships and your confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. Offering a remote team is the fastest, easiest and most cost effective way to serve our clients but we do offer “in person” assistance for tasks requiring this.

Although you may have various team members of TMC Virtual Office assisting you at any one time, you will have one point of contact who will be your Account Manager and who will ensure that all necessary assignments and projects are carried out. We believe in providing accountability.

We serve and assist our clients with once-off projects as well as long term assignments and full-time assistance.

We understand that hiring remote assistance is new to many and thus, for those seeking full-time assistance, we do offer trial periods to see if we are the right fit for you and your business. We will not hold you to a monthly contract during this trial period and there is no obligation placed on you should you feel that working with a remote team does not suit your business needs.

Feedback and reporting to our clients on work done is of high priority to us and we will always keep you up to date on what the team is working on and what assignments they have completed. We will communicate via your preferred method as we understand that each individual is different and every person has their own preferred means of communication be it via e-mail, Trello, TeamUp, Skype, WhatsApp etc. We work according to what best suits you!
